REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases,which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, NexTool will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.

To start a return or exchanges, please contact us at nextoolstore@nextoolworld.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and RMA number will not be accepted.

Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included. If the item shows any signs of wear or use, a refund will not be issued and the item will be sent back to you.

*Excludes items listed as On Sale or Gift Cards. On Sale items or Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES
 If it is an exchange, the customer will receive an additional tracking number for that item via email nextoolstore@nextoolworld.com that was used for the order after it has been processed.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
