NexTool guarantees our products against defects in workmanship and materials. Under our warranty, we commit to replace or repair, at our discretion, any NexTool product or part thereof which, upon inspection at our facility, is found to be defective. This service is provided at no charge for both parts and labor, subject to the specific warranty periods outlined below.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty coverage varies by product category:
All Multi-tools(Flagship Series,Sailor Series,Wrench Series,EDC Series,Shovel Series) : 10-Year Warranty
All Lights(Flashlights, headlamps, camping lanterns) : 1-Year Warranty
All Camp Kitchen tools:1-Year Warranty
Non-rechargeable batteries, Clip, Headband, Lanyard, etc.: No Warranty
The warranty period starts from the date of sale. For online, telephone, or other off-site transactions, the delivery date recorded by third-party logistics company shall prevail. In other cases, the invoice date will be used as delivery date. However, if you can prove that invoice date precedes the actual delivery date for reasons not caused by your end, then the actual delivery date shall prevail with our confirmation. If you are unable to provide a valid third-party logistics delivery information or invoices, the warranty period will be calculated from 30 days after the product leaves the factory.
Exclusions and Service Process
1.Failures or damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, disassembly, liquid ingress, improper physical or operating environments, force majeure, or improper maintenance/storage;
2.Unauthorized disassembly or repair by any individual or organization;
3.Normal wear and tear such as discoloration, breakage, or consumption during use;
4.Components that are visibly damaged by external force, scratched, cracked, severely deformed, or otherwise broken.

The above warranty is exclusive, and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, shall be in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose.
NexTool disclaims any and all liability for product malfunctions, physical injuries, or property damage that results in a whole, or in part, from the criminal, negligent, or improper use of the product, or from modifications or alterations thereto.
In no event shall NexTool be held liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages relating to the purchase, use, or performance of any NexTool product.
