Multi-tools
I. Daily cleaning
- l Timely cleaning after use. Remove surface dust, mud and other stains with a soft cloth or brush.If stained with oil or stubborn stains, use neutral cleaners (e.g. detergent) diluted and wipe, avoid strong acid/alkaline solvents.
- Drying treatment. Dry with a dry cloth immediately after cleaning, especially in joints and crevices, to prevent moisture from remaining and causing rust.Do not soak or rinse with water for a long time.
II. Lubrication maintenance
- Regular lubrication of moving parts. After monthly or HF use, put 1-2 drops of lightweight lubricant (such as food-grade mineral oil) on the pins, gears, and other moving parts of the pliers. Open and close the tool several times to ensure even lubrication.
- Avoid excessive oil agent. Excess grease needs to be wiped off with a dry cloth to prevent it from attracting dust.
III. Rust prevention treatment
- Metal surface protection. Before long-term storage, lightly wipe the pliers and edges with a soft cloth dipped in a small amount of rust preventive oil (e.g., WD-40 or 3M Rust Preventer). If you are in a humid/coastal environment, you need to increase the frequency of rust protection.
- Rust emergency treatment. Minor rust spots can be gently sanded with fine sandpaper (600 mesh or more) or a nylon brush, followed by the application of anti-rust oil. Please contact NexTool after-sales service for serious corrosion, avoid removing rust with strong acid by yourself.
IV. Storage recommendations
- Environmental requirements. Store in a dry, ventilated place, away from high temperature, humidity and corrosive gases. It is recommended to use the original storage bag/box to avoid collision with other tools.
- long-term storage precautions. Ensure that tools are completely dry and pre-coated with rust inhibiting oil. Check every 3 months and re-lubricate as necessary.
V. Parts inspection and maintenance
- Tighten the screws regularly. Check whether the connecting screws of the clamp body are loose, use the appropriate screwdriver (e.g. T6/T8) to tighten them moderately (do not use excessive force).
- Functional reliability test. Open and close all tool parts to ensure that there is no jamming, abnormal noise, if found abnormalities need to be suspended and contact the after-sales.
VI. Maintenance of sharpening tools (for models with knives)
- Blade cleanliness and sharpness. Wipe the blade promptly after cutting sticky substances (e.g., tape). Use a special sharpening stone/sharpener for regular sharpening to maintain sharpness.
- Safe operation. Push the grinding in one direction along a fixed angle to avoid damaging the edge.

Wrenches
I. Daily cleaning
- Cleaning up after use. Oil stains and debris: Use a soft cloth or brush to remove oil stains, metal debris and dust from the surface of the wrench and tooth grooves. Stubborn oil stains can be diluted with a neutral cleaner (e.g. detergent) and wiped away, avoiding strong acid/alkaline solvents corroding the metal.
- Clean movable parts (e.g. movable wrench adjusting screw): Clean the threaded seams with a cotton swab dipped in a neutral cleaner (such as detergent) to prevent debris from getting stuck.
- Drying treatmentDry the wrench with a dry cloth immediately after cleaning, es. pecially the adjusting part of the adjustable wrench and the socket interface, to avoid the residual moisture leading to rust and corrosion. Do not rinse or soak the wrench directly with water.
II. Rust prevention treatment
- Metal surface protection. After long-term storage or use in humid environments, dip a soft cloth in rust preventive oil (e.g. WD-40) and evenly apply it to the whole body of the wrench, focusing on covering easy-to-rust areas such as tooth mouths and adjustment threads. Coastal/high humidity users: It is recommended to carry out rust prevention treatment once a month.
- Rust emergency treatment. For minor rust spots, use 600 mesh or above fine sandpaper or nylon brush to lightly grind with the
grain, and then apply anti-rust oil. Please contact Nato after-sales service for serious rust or deformation of teeth, avoid strong acid treatment or violent repair by yourself.
III. Lubrication and maintenance of moving parts
- Lubrication of regulating mechanism. For adjusting screws of adjustable wrenches, ratchet gears, and other parts of the wrench, apply 1-2 drops of lightweight lubricant per month. Repeatedly adjust the wrench opening or rotate the ratchet to ensure even lubrication and wipe off excess oil.
- Anti-jamming maintenance. The quick release button and other parts of the socket wrench are cleaned and lubricated regularly to maintain flexibility. If the adjusting mechanism is jammed, do not operate it forcibly, disassemble and clean it, then re-lubricate it (you need to refer to the instruction manual or contact the after-sales service).
IV. Storage recommendations
- Environmental requirements. Store in a dry, ventilated toolbox to avoid direct contact with wet floors. Socket wrenches are recommended to be stored by size to prevent damage to the teeth due to impact.
- Long-term storage preparation. Clean and apply anti-rust oil, wrap the wrench with moisture-proof paper or soft cloth. Adjust the adjustable wrench to the minimum opening state to reduce the spring pressure.
V. Structural inspections
- Examination of the dentition and occlusal. surfaces. Regularly check the wrench teeth for wear and chipping, if slippage is found it needs to be stopped immediately.
- Stability of connecting parts. Check for looseness of the socket and handle connection, and the movable wrench retaining pin, and tighten them moderately with the supporting tools.

Shovels Shovels
I. Daily cleaning
- Timely cleaning after use. Remove dirt, sand and gravel residue from the shovel surface, blade and handle with a soft bristle brush or water.If stained with stubborn stains (e.g. resin, oil stains), use neutral detergent (dishwashing liquid) diluted and wiped, avoid strong acid/alkaline solvent. CAUTION: Do not immerse the shovel in water for a long period of time to avoid rusting of metal parts or damage to the handle material.
- Drying treatment. Wipe dry with a dry cloth immediately after cleaning, especially where the metal part connects to the handle, to ensure that no moisture remains. Avoid exposure to sunlight or high temperatures when drying naturally (for wooden or composite handles).
II. Rust prevention and lubrication
- Metal parts rust prevention. After long-term storage or use in humid environments, dip a soft cloth into a small amount of rust preventive oil (e.g., WD-40) and apply it evenly to the shovel surface, cutting edge and metal joints. Users in coastal/high
humidity areas: It is recommended to carry out rust prevention treatment once a month. - Lubrication of moving parts. If the shovel contains a folding/adjustable structure (e.g. multi-functional shovel), regularly put 1-2 drops of light lubricant on the shaft, screws, and moving parts to ensure smoothness. III. Edge Maintenance

I. Daily cleaning
- Timely cleaning after use. Metal products (e.g. tableware, knives): wash with warm water + neutral detergent, wipe with a soft cloth or sponge, avoid wire ball scratching the surface. Stubborn stains can be soaked and then gently rubbed with baking soda
paste, rinse and dry immediately. Silicone/plastic products (e.g. plastic cutting boards, plastic spatulas): wash separately after disassembling, avoid high temperature water (>60℃) leading to deformation. Wipe with white vinegar + water solution (1:1) to get rid of the odor, ventilate and dry. Folding structure (e.g. folding fork and spoon): removes food debris from the joints and prevents snagging or bacterial growth. - Drying treatment. All kitchenware should be thoroughly dried after cleaning, metal knives and cutlery should be wiped dry and coated with a small amount of food-grade mineral oil to prevent rust. Silicone/plastic products should be kept out of the sun and stored after drying naturally.
II. Rust and corrosion prevention
- Maintenance of metal parts. Before long-term storage, apply a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil to knife blades and metal cutlery surfaces. If rusted, rub the rust spots with lemon juice + salt mixture, wash with water and dry.
- Avoid chemical corrosion. Silicone products should not be exposed to bleach or strong acid cleaners to prevent material aging.Plastic products avoid holding grease or acidic liquids (such as lemon juice) for long periods of time.
IV. Cutting tool maintenance (for knives)

I. Routine cleaning and maintenance
- Surface and interface cleaning. Wipe the housing with a soft cloth or slightly damp cotton cloth to avoid solvents such as alcohol and gasoline from corroding the coating or rubber parts.
- Type-C charging port maintenance: Regularly clean the charging port with dry cotton swabs of dust to avoid blockage by foreign objects. Make sure the port is dry after charging to prevent oxidization or short circuit.
- lens and reflector maintenance. Use lens cleaning cloth or eyeglasses cloth to gently wipe the lens in one direction to avoid scratching the coating layer. When cleaning the reflector (lamp cup), give priority to the use of air blowing or soft brush, do not touch directly.
II. Battery and Charge Management
- Built-in battery model (Type-C charging). Charging advice: use original or certified Type-C cable to avoid overcharging/over-discharging caused by inferior chargers. Charge the battery in time when the battery level is lower than 20% to avoid deep battery discharge (long-term power loss will shorten the life).
Storage and Maintenance: When not in use for a long time, recharge to 50%-80% charge every 3 months to prevent battery aging. Avoid charging in high temperature (>40℃) or low temperature (<0℃) environment.
- Split lithium-ion battery models (very few models). Battery installation: Make sure the positive and negative terminals of the battery are correctly oriented to avoid reverse connection and damage to the circuit. Use the original factory-specified model batteries (e.g. 18650, 21700, etc.), prohibit mixing old and new/different capacity batteries.
Charging and Storage: Keep the battery at 50%-80% when stored alone, and keep it away from metal objects to prevent short circuit. If the battery leaks or bulges, stop using it immediately and contact the after-sales service.
III. Waterproofing and sealing maintenance
- Waterproof model general maintenance. Regularly check the O-ring seals (at the tail cap and lamp head) and apply a small amount of silicone grease after cleaning to maintain elasticity. After seawater or sewage use, rinse the housing with water and dry it thoroughly to prevent salt from corroding the metal parts.
- Type-C interface waterproof note. Ensure that the connector is completely dry before charging, and cover the waterproof rubber plug tightly after charging (if equipped).
IV. Circuit and switch protection

- Charging abnormalities: If the Type-C interface can not be charged, check whether poor contact or interface oxidation (anhydrous alcohol can be used to gently rub).
- Brightness drop / flicker: built-in battery models may be battery aging, split models to check contact cleanliness or battery status.
- Battery pack: stop using immediately! Built-in battery models contact after-sales; split models safely discard the old battery and replace the original model.
- Operation is strictly prohibited: Disassembling the built-in battery flashlight by yourself may result in damage or void the warranty. Throw the flashlight into fire or extreme environments (>60°C or <-20°C).

I. Routine cleaning and maintenance
- Shell cleaning. Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the surface dirt and oil stains, and use a dry cotton swab to clean the charging port and button gaps. Waterproof models need to focus on cleaning the sealing ring grooves to prevent sand residue from affecting the seal.
- Drying treatment. Wipe dry thoroughly after cleaning, and gently shake the charging port downward to expel residual water (waterproof models can be ignored). Avoid direct sunlight when drying naturally to prevent the plastic parts from aging and discoloration.
II. Battery and Charge Management
- Built-in battery model (Type-C charging). Charging specification: use 5V/2A or less adapter and original data cable
to avoid overheating the battery due to fast charging. Charge the battery in time when the battery level is lower than 20%, and keep 50%-80% of the battery level for long term storage. Storage recommendation: Recharge the battery every 3 months to prevent damage to the battery due to loss of charge. Avoid charging/storage in high temperature (>40℃) or low temperature (<0℃) environment. - Split battery models (e.g. replaceable 18650 batteries).
